Picture a 340-unit high-rise community in Hyderabad, six months past possession. The developer had handed over keys and moved on to the next launch. The maintenance collection side-effect
An indirect benefit the facility management committee didn't initially expect: automated reminders sent consistently, on the same day every month, improved on-time collection meaningfully compared to the old approach of someone remembering to send a reminder manually. Consistency mattered more than the wording of the reminder itself.
Why this only works pre-populated
The reason this rolled out in days rather than months is that none of the resident, unit, or ownership data had to be re-entered. It was already sitting in the same ERP that managed the project through construction and handover.
