Users & Roles
Add team members and control what they can see and do with permission groups.
Nurexify controls access through permission groups. A group is a named bundle of permissions — which menu items and actions a person can use — and each team member is assigned to one or more groups. This gives you a flexible way to grant exactly the right level of access to each role in your organisation, without needing a separate setup for every individual.
Who can do this
Client Admins and Super Admins. A Super Admin automatically sees everything; everyone else sees only what their assigned group allows.
Add a new team member
- Go to Administration → Users.
- Click Add User.
- Fill in their name, email, and phone number.
- Assign one or more permission groups.
- Save.
The new team member can now log in, and their navigation menu will automatically show only the sections their group gives them access to.
To change an existing team member's access later, open their record from the user list, adjust their assigned groups, and save.
Create or edit a permission group
- Go to Administration → Groups.
- Click Add Group and give it a clear name (for example, "Accountant" or "Sales Manager").
- Use the checklist to select which sections of Nurexify this group can access, and — where available — which specific actions (view, create, edit, delete) they're allowed to perform.
- Save.
Anyone already assigned to this group picks up the updated permissions automatically the next time they log in.
How access works, in plain terms
When someone logs in, Nurexify checks their assigned group(s) and builds their navigation menu from scratch each time — so any permission change you make takes effect on their very next login, with nothing extra to configure. Sections a group hasn't been given access to are hidden completely, not just disabled.
A note on permission groups across your organisation
Permission groups you create are available for anyone on your team to be assigned to. If you need very different access levels for different departments, we recommend creating a distinct group for each one (e.g. "Accounts Team," "Sales Team," "HR Team") rather than reusing a single broad group for everyone.
