Reports
Financial and operational reporting, including ledger mapping tools.
The Reports section gives you visibility into your organisation's financial and operational data, and includes the tools used to keep your ledger data clean and correctly categorised.
Who can do this
Accountant, Client Admin.
Review and map ledgers
Go to Reports → Ledger Mapping to:
- Match ledgers against the categories used in your financial reports.
- Organise ledgers into meaningful categories for easier reporting.
- Review and resolve any ledgers that haven't been matched to a category yet.
This is the same ledger-mapping tool available from Accounts Settings, so changes you make here are reflected there too.
Reports & Analytics dashboard
The main Reports & Analytics dashboard (accessible from the Reports section) gives you a tabbed, drill-down view across Overview, Projects, Sales Trend, Marketing, CRM, Financials, Procurement, Treasury, People, and Pending Actions. The Procurement tab specifically covers purchase orders, work orders, invoices, a combined approvals-awaiting-action view, payments, and vendor performance — each with charts and a full underlying table.
You can also ask an AI assistant most of what's in this dashboard directly, in plain English, without navigating tabs.
Other reports
Additional financial and operational reports are available from this section — check with your Client Admin if you don't see a report you expect, since some reports are only visible to certain permission groups.
